Lace Resources International’s e-commerce centre provides you with access to a range of bobbin lace resources, tools and equipment. The Resource Shop focuses on the lacemaker’s need to have access to original bobbin lace patterns and professional information on bobbin lace as a craft.


Lace Patterns

 Original Bobbin Lace patterns, that have been designed by Judith Markham, are be available from the Resource Shop.

 These patterns include the pricking diagram and essential instructions. The skill level is specified with each patterns.

 Customers are welcome from anywhere in the world. There is no delivery problem for most customers as the Lace Patterns can be downloaded from this Web site.

 Each pattern is coded as to level of skill needed to work it.


Technical Notes

 We are providing sets of Technical Notes on a variety of topics.

 These Technical Notes will cover various areas of Bobbin Lace but will have an initial focus on Torchon Lace.

 Customers are welcome from anywhere in the world. There is no delivery problem for most customers as  the Technical Notes can be downloaded from this Web site.


Lace Equipment

Our Resources Shop will be selling various types of Bobbin Lace equipment. Most of this will be the smaller items. Currently we have a range of lace threads and pins plus miscellaneous materials.

 We do not see ourselves competing with major lace merchants around the world. We intend to be suppliers of particular needs, such as those associated with doing fine Torchon lace.

 Customers are welcome from anywhere in the world. The only constraint on possible customers will be the cost of handling & transportation.
